These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrowFasterSEO (growfasterseo.com and related product apps), a service of Dream Grande Media, LLC, doing business as GrowFasterSEO ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
GrowFasterSEO is a subscription SEO and AI-search (AEO) service performed on the website you already operate. Depending on your plan, work may include keyword research, keyword clustering, a prioritized page map, content calendar, article writing and publishing, on-page optimization, technical SEO within your platform's limits, on-site local SEO, Google Business Profile work when you grant Manager access, rank tracking, reporting, and related operations. The public plan description at purchase is the deliverable baseline.
We may improve or change tools and workflows. We will not reduce your paid plan's core deliverable commitments without notice and a right to cancel as described below.
The contracting party is Dream Grande Media, LLC (d/b/a GrowFasterSEO). Customer-facing product, billing descriptor, and brand are GrowFasterSEO unless a legal disclosure requires the LLC name. Stripe and invoices may show GrowFasterSEO branding.
We believe our work should earn your business, not a contract. If, within sixty (60) calendar days of your initial purchase, you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, contact [email protected] and we will refund your original purchase to the original payment method.
We guarantee the quality, professionalism, and execution of our service. We do not guarantee Google rankings, search traffic, leads, sales, or any specific business outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control. This guarantee is not available because rankings, traffic, or leads did not meet a target.
After a refund: your membership, ongoing SEO services, software access, and support end immediately. Content already published to your website remains on your site per Section 7. We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or other bad-faith attempts to exploit this guarantee.
To deliver the service you must grant us usable administrative (or equivalent publish/edit) access to your website platform, typically by inviting [email protected] as an admin or staff user. Without CMS access we cannot publish content or apply most technical fixes.
Content is produced under your onboarding claims and business facts, then published without per-article client approval. Waiting on client review is not part of the standard system. You are responsible for accurate claims_allowed and business information. If you need a hold or topic block, email support; we will apply reasonable holds going forward, not rework the entire backlog as a free custom agency process.
Every page we publish to your website is yours. If you cancel, published content remains on your site. Your license to published work is perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free. We do not reclaim published pages. Drafts not yet published remain internal work product unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We guarantee the work described in your plan when access and required inputs allow: research and planning, the stated content cadence, technical work within platform limits, tracking, and reporting as described. We re-earn the subscription every month with shipped work.
Search rankings, Map Pack placement, traffic, leads, revenue, AI citations, and similar outcomes are controlled by third parties (including Google and AI systems) and by market factors outside our control. We do not guarantee results of any kind. Anyone promising guaranteed rankings is not us. Our ethical baseline: work yes, results never as a contractual promise.
Free audits and similar tools may be offered without a subscription. They are informational, may be incomplete if a site blocks crawls, and do not create a duty to perform paid work until you subscribe and complete onboarding access. Abuse (scraping, automated spam, false identities) may result in blocks without notice.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. If we materially reduce what your plan includes, you may cancel. For prepaid periods, we will refund a pro-rata portion of prepaid, undelivered service when required by these Terms or law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Except for the work commitments expressly stated in these Terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, abuse of free tools, unlawful use, or prolonged failure to provide required access after notice. If we terminate without cause, we will refund prepaid, undelivered periods.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, where Dream Grande Media, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the courts of Nevada, except where arbitration or consumer rules require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
